Progress your order

We are always here to help so if you'd like to check the status of your order, change the delivery date or any detail of your order, please call us on 01454 299588. When you call, please have your oder number/detail to hand as this will enable us to progress the order instantly.

Alternatively, you can track your order yourself via the TNT website. Again you will need your consignment note number to hand. It's as simple as inserting the note number into the box provided and then following the on screen prompts.

Proof of delivery

A printed proof of delivery is also available, giving the address, date, time and signature for delivery. This is available directly from IRP or by logging on to the TNT website.
